After working together for the better part of 18 years, Lindy Kaye and Jane E. Morgan decided in late 2003 that it would be a good idea to team up for the early morning show on Mix 94.5. January 2, 2004, "The Morning Mix Chicks" show debuted bright and early at 6:00AM. They have since become Webster County Iowa's most listened to morning show, proving that "Girl Power" is a force to be reckoned with!

Lindy was born and raised in Fort Dodge, a 1982 graduate of Fort Dodge Senior High and a 1985 graduate of Iowa Central in Broadcasting. She started at KKEZ in 1986 as a part time board operator during the American Top 40 with Casey Kasem. Within months, Lindy moved to a regular weekend show and after 2 years on weekends, she moved to the midday show and took on Music Director duties. Lindy first took over the morning show on KKEZ in 1998 and was promoted to Program Director. More recently, Lindy has become the Operations Manager of all 7 Three Eagles Communications radio stations in Fort Dodge, KWMT, K97, The Eagle, 99X, KUEL 92 and KVFD.

Jane E. was born in Carroll Iowa and moved to Fort Dodge. She started on the air at KKEZ in 1983, and has been here ever since! Recently, Jane gained world-wide notoriety as the "Meanest Mom on the Planet," and appeared on ABC's "Good Morning America" in New York, and NBC's "The Ellen Degeneres Show" in LA. The Mix Chicks traveled together to LA for the Ellen show, and trust us when we say, LA will never be the same!

Jay Thomas- I was born right here in good 'ol Fort Dodge. I went to High School at Saint Edmond and managed to get two degrees at Iowa Central Community College. More just because I wasn't ready for the "REAL" world not because I'm an eager beaver or anything.

I like long strolls on the beach….no I don't, I'm in a wheelchair, I get stuck in the sand. I basically watch a lot of TV and movies. I also teach at Iowa Central running the broadcasting program. Send your kids!
